If you have hooded eyes, try using a palette that is darker than your skin tone to add dimension to your eyes. If your eyes are deep-set, the lighter palettes are best to brighten your eyes and help them look less pushed back.
Both palettes have been designed around the two most universally flattering shades for all skin tones, so there's no wrong choice!
We do not. The shimmer in our palettes is designed to enhance eye shape. It helps give the eyes proper dimension and brighten the eyes. If you prefer less shimmer, we suggest using the #1 matte all over underneath colors #2, #3, and #4. You can also mix colors #2 and #3.
For less fallout with the eyeshadow, start with a little on your brush. You can always add more. We also suggest applying the #2 shadow with the brush slightly damp (use water!).

Orders & Cancellations
If you are not getting any notifications about your order, please check your spam folder. If the emails are not there, then email us with the name and physical address you included on your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee order cancellations. We try our best to fulfill orders quickly and at times, it is not possible to cancel the order.
You can request to switch the color of the palette your order, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make it happen before the order is fulfilled.
Shipping & Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a return, please mail your palette to this address:

In order to receive a return, please include your full name and order number in the package. We charge a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are free.
**Please note we do note refund payments made for expedited shipping. We also do not accept returns because the eyeshadow has shimmer.
We process refunds when we receive your returned product. Please expect 5-10 days for this amount to show up on your credit card.
