Liquid Liner Definer's unique tip allows you to easily draw both thin and thick lines. Creating a "tight" line at your lash line is one of the best ways to enhance the shape of your eyes. There should be no gap between the lashes and skin.

Apply liquid liner after mascara is dry. When you begin to apply, set the tip on the root of the lashes and make short strokes. Connect each stroke to make a line. If you happen to mess up, you can usually buff it out with a little powder eyeliner.
